Temperature Controlled Mixing Tanks are jacketed and insulated tanks with temperature controlling capability made with 316 Stainless Steel. All Mixing tanks are pressurized and Clean-In-Place (CIP) ready. We also have the capability to manufacture non-pressurized (open-top) mixing tanks, if this is what you require, please fill out a custom mixing tank form so that we may best help you.
Heat and cooling (temperature control) can be applied to tanks in a variety of methods including Glycol jacketing, Steam jacketing, Direct fire, Electrical heating elements, and more.
Mixing tanks come in a variety of forms: fixed speed mixing, variable speed mixing, agitating, dispersing, high shear, and more. 316 Stainless Steel is ideal for these applications as it is non-oxidizing and easy to clean and sterilize using a CIP system. This tank is applicable to both liquid and dry mixing applications. This tank is suitable for blending, emulsifing, homogenizing, and more!
