Zwickler Store Order Entry and Shipping Policies

All prices shown on this website are in U.S. dollars. All times shown are Pacific time zone (either standard or daylight savings, depending upon the time of year).

Shipping and handling charges are based on shipment to U.S. addresses in the contiguous 48 states; shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges; we will contact you if this is the case. At this time we are not accepting international orders. 

The minimum order shipping weight is one pound. Orders with multiple items are shipped based on true total shipping weight in increments of one pound but if the total weight is less than one pound the shipping rates for one pound will apply. 

We maintain inventory on most products but due to the number of items, volatility of demand and vendor production schedules it is impossible for us to guarantee that we will have each and every individual item in stock when an order is received. Orders for in-stock items are processed on a “first come, first served basis” based upon the date and time received.

We have outgoing order shipments processed and picked up daily Monday through Friday; there are no orders processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

For Zwickler Store items paid for with a properly authorized credit card, orders are normally processed and shipped within two (2)  business days after they are received (i.e. orders received before 2:00 PM Monday ship on Wednesday, orders received before 2:00 PM Tuesday ship on Thursday, orders received before 2:00 PM Thursday ship on Monday, etc.)

Orders shipped using standard ground shipping and handling normally arrive four to ten business days after we ship (NOT receive) the order primarily depending on the distance from our warehouse to the destination.

Delivery Time is the total Order Processing Time plus Shipment Transit Time. For example, for a part order for an in-stock item with standard ground shipping, Delivery Time would be 2 days for order processing plus the 4 – 10 days for shipping transit = 6 – 12 days total. When you place your order please be sure to allow enough time for shipping transit time.


Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; opened or used items may not be returned except for warranty service.
