PKW rotating 316 SS Clean In Place (CIP) spray balls make it easy to automatically clean and sterilize the inside of your mash tun, lauter tun, fermenter, brew kettle, hot/cold liquor tank, brite tank, hop back, etc. Rotating CIP spray balls use high-velocity water and/or cleaning chemicals on the interior of stainless steel brewing vessels to thoroughly clean, remove residue and sanitize the tank. This is essential for batch-to-batch quality consistency because residual bacteria deposits can distort your final product. The rotating CIP spray ball saves time and is safer for personnel by eliminating hand scrubbing and exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals. While most commonly used in Beer making facilities, Cleaning is necessary for all beverage processing, including Wine, Coffee, Kombucha, Dairy, Soda, and others. (Links direct to PKW)
