PKW 2" DIN Racking Arm for PKW 20 BBL and Larger Fermenters
PKW stainless steel racking arms are used inside fermenters and brite tanks of various sizes to help clarify beverages. Located near the bottom of a conical fermenter or brite tank, the racking arm is slowly rotated to draw off the clear liquid and eliminate sediment. Frequently used in Beer, Coffee, Wine, and other beverage production systems. (Links direct to Portland Kettle Works beverage applications)
