BuzzBomb™ Coffee Extractor

The BuzzBomb™ is an innovative new product that produces cold brew and flash cooled coffee extract in a fraction of time as traditional methods. The BuzzBomb™ Cold Brew Coffee Extractor is the NEW industry standard for cold brew coffee extraction. The Buzz Bomb cuts your ingredient bill by 30%, extracts in 1/8th the time and drives more than 25% additional profit to your bottom line.

The BuzzBomb™ is a complete cold brew coffee extraction system that meters brewing water into the proprietary BuzzBomb extractor. In 2 hours the concentrated extract, at 6% total dissolved solids and 30% extraction rate, is transferred to the reservoir where it is diluted, nitrogenated, and made ready for packaging in bottles, cans or kegs.  Yield 25 gallon batch at 2% TDS, or 30 gallons of 1.5% TDS of finished cold brew coffee in less than 3 hours.

All coffee equipment is:

• Manufactured from heavy duty, high strength hot forged 304 or 316 stainless steel sheets
• Cold rolled and hand welded at our state of the art factory in Portland, Oregon USA
• Pressure tested and passed by continuous quality control measures
• Delivered with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects

• Metered brewing water from room temp to 200 deg. F (93 C.)
• 2 hour +/- batch process time for strong extract
• On board receiving vessel – used for pre-packaging
• Human Machine Interface (HMI) with lifetime updates free of charge

Typical Extraction Yields (Yields are per extraction column, for multi-column systems, multiply yields by column count)

• Average extract rate  14% cold and 20% hot
• Average strong extract 8-14% Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
• 5-6% TDS extract (undiluted)
• Yield 9 to 10 gallons (34-38 Liters)/batch Strong extract
• Blended to 2% TDS – 25 gallons (95 liters)/batch
• Blended to 1.5% TDS – 30 gallons (114 liters)/batch
